Cumpston Sarjeant's response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

In light of the rapid development of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Cumpston Sarjeant has effected remote working practices for all of its consultants. We believe that such arrangements represent the best practice for lessening the spread of the pandemic in our community, and safeguarding the health and well-being of our staff and their families.

Business continuity

Our IT infrastructure and work procedures were previously developed to enable staff to work remotely, and have enabled us to rapidly and robustly implement this change in our working environment.

All consultants remain contactable via email and phone, and our reception remains staffed for client requests and administrative enquiries during regular business hours. Mail will also be collected and processed on an after hours basis.

While there may be an impact on face-to-face meetings and presentations, we believe such dealings can be adequately accomplished, and even enhanced, by web-based teleconferencing.

Uninterrupted service

Ultimately, Cumpston Sarjeant remain committed to ensuring an uninterrupted service to our clients and there should be no change in the responsiveness, quality or timeliness of our work.

If you have any questions as a result of these changes to our work practices, please contact us directly by email (reception@cumsar.com.au) or phone (03 9642 2242, or 03 8657 0579 if our main number is experiencing congestion).
